The GUD Velocity Protocol: Find What's Capping Your Velocity

The GUD Velocity Protocol is a sensor-based pitching velocity assessment. Wearable sensors ship to your door, we screen 22 movement and strength measures on both sides, and you get the findings plus the program to fix them. High school pitchers averaged +6.2 mph of velocity progress in 2026. 500+ athletes trained since 2019, 200+ throwing 90+ MPH, 150+ Division I scholarships.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the assessment?

Wearable sensors arrive at your door. We screen movement and strength on both sides across 22 measures, and use force plates and radar where you have access.

What do I get after the assessment?

The findings and the path: what's capping you, and the program to fix it. Then the screen runs again. What moved stays, what didn't gets replaced.

Is it safe for my arm?

Arm health is tracked weekly. Mobility and force production data flag overload before it becomes injury, and your throwing, strength and arm care plan are written together.
